1. Agreement to Terms

By using ITFEEZU and placing order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. There terms apply to our website and all the customer communication.

2. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

We reserve the right to verify or decline any order placed with us. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer support team may contact you via Phone Call or WhatsApp to confirm your shipping coordinates and order details.

Unconfirmed COD orders within 48 hours of placement may be automatically cancelled to maintain inventory availability for other clients.

3. Pricing & Product Descriptions

Prices for our jewelry collections are subject to change without notice. While we strive to ensure absolute accuracy in our descriptions, specifications (like jewelry dimensions), and photos, slight visual variations may occur depending on your screen resolution or raw metal properties.

4. Shipping

We deliver across Lahore. Orders are usually delivered with in 2-4 business days. Delays caused by weather or courier issues may occur.

5. Limitation of Liability

ITFEEZU is not responsilbe for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our website pr products beyond the limits allowed by law.
