2. Order Validation & Cancellation

We reserve the right to verify or decline any order placed with us. For **Cash on Delivery (COD)** orders, our customer support team may contact you via Phone Call or WhatsApp to confirm your shipping coordinates and order details.

Unconfirmed COD orders within 48 hours of placement may be automatically cancelled to maintain inventory availability for other clients.

3. Pricing & Product Descriptions

Prices for our luxury scents and solid-gold jewelry collections are subject to change without notice. While we strive to ensure absolute accuracy in our descriptions, specifications (like scent notes or jewelry dimensions), and photos, slight visual variations may occur depending on your screen resolution or raw metal properties.

4. Shipping & Custom Duties

ITFEEZU provides shipping across Pakistan. We aim to deliver within **2 to 4 business days**. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by extreme weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or regional strikes.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ITFEEZU be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or the inability to use the materials on this site, even if our team has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
