Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Scent Sampling Policy (Tester Vials)

To ensure absolute satisfaction with our luxury fragrances, every full-size perfume purchase includes a complimentary **matching tester vial (2ml)**.

Please spray and test the 2ml vial first. If you decide the fragrance does not suit your style, you may request a return or exchange for the unopened 100ml full bottle.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Return requests must be initiated within **7 days** of delivery.
• The full-size perfume box must be **unopened, sealed, and undamaged** in its original premium packaging.
• Jewelry items must be unworn, in their original presentation box, and free of scratches or alterations.
• Products purchased during special clearance or sale events are eligible for exchange only.

3. Exchange Guidelines

If you receive a damaged product or need a different size/item, we will coordinate a replacement. Contact our team via WhatsApp at **03264186965** with your Order ID and photo evidence of any transit damage. We will dispatch a reverse pickup or cover return shipping for verified claims.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned package is received and verified by our quality control center, refunds are processed within **3 to 5 business days**. Refunds are made via **Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa** as preferred by the client.
