1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Perfume bottel must be sealed and unused. Opened bottels can't be returned.
• Jewelrymust be brand new. No scratches or signs of wear.
• Sale items are for exchange only, not refund.

Got a damaged item or wrong size?

Send your order ID + photo of the issue. If its valid, we'll arrange pickup. We'll cover the return shipping.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and check your return, refund is processed in 3 to 5 business days. You can get it via Bank Transfer, Jazzcash, or EasyPaisa - whatever works for you.
